1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using our Google Sheets add-on (JLS Trading Co. Sheets), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Add-on.

2. Description of Service

The Add-on provides functionality within Google Sheets including:

  • Document formatting features
  • Import range operations
  • Link creation capabilities
  • Other related spreadsheet enhancement functions

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Add-on only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

  • Use the Add-on in any way that could damage or overburden Google Sheets
  • Use the Add-on for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of JLS Trading Co. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on within Google Sheets.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Add-on will meet all of your requirements
  • The Add-on will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Any errors in the Add-on will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Add-on.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Add-on at any time
  • Change these Terms at any time by posting updates to this document
  • Require users to install updates to continue using the Add-on

8. User Support

While we strive to maintain the Add-on’s functionality, we are not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical support, or updates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Add-on at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Add-on, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
